within 1–2 business days and arrive in discreet, unbranded packaging to

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)
• Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $150

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of the
delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in its original, sealed packaging
• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
• Items marked as final sale or purchased during a clearance event
  are not eligible for return

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item,

and a clear photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue
a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
